Hi, it's been a while. Long needed update. We last posted in June so we have a lot to cover.

Firstly tour was amazing, if I remember or get the time I'll still do a write up on each day (actually I will write it up over the next few days) & place like was planned before. We have some stories to tell. Secondly huge thank you to the Pantah, from day one of initial contact organising everything was a pretty easy & fun process. We've all become really good friends & had a great time spending the week in Europe together. If you've not listened to their new 7" get on it because they're doing some really cool stuff right now. Thanks to all the following people for organising shows & helping us with food & places to sleep while we were away, everything was perfect: Sam Coe, Kane Leighton-Pope, Cian Fretwell, Oliver Parker, Ty, Iggy Edge, Stef Houdmeyers, Laura Gielis, Thomas Sacher, Filip Makatura, Outcasst Crew, Michael Waterman, Nigel Van Der Pol, Dutch Jeff, Back To The Point Booking, Jordan Allen's parents, Dennis Dellemijn, Guilherme Pombo. Sorry if we forgot anyone in this!

Next up an update on our 7" pressing. While we were away & until now there were issues with the label in that one of the people involved had to stop being involved, meaning our good friend in charge Emmet has had to take longer gathering the resources to get the record produce. The  record is coming, just some unforeseen events have meant more time is needed for them to be printed. Keep an eye out for news on this, & thank you for being patient!

You may or may not have seen but one of our Guitarists Jamie has now left the band to go travelling around the world as well as spend a while in Australia. He's been in the band from day 1 & wrote the majority of the songs but things won't be stopping. Our friend Ben who also plays in Guidance is going to be taking his place. Him & Jonny are already getting bits together for a new release (an LP) which will be out whenever we get it finished. A productive start has been made already with quite a different style for us.

Merch leftover from tour will hopefully be up next week or something, I just need to get hold of the box from where I dropped it off as I had to rush off somewhere else once we got back.

Keep an eye out for the tour diary post soon! - including photo's

We need just more date for tour, venues are causing promoters some issues in confirming a place. If you can help us please get in touch.

Our new recording is now streaming in full from our bandcamp. In a few weeks we'll have set it up for free download so keep an eye out if you're wanting to get a hold of the song before the vinyl is ready. Thanks to everyone who has helped us in producing this record (Ben, Cameron, Nigel & Emmet). We're all super happy with the progress we've made, & pleased with the final product we have put out. News on when the physical records will be ready as soon as we have some information. Our next show is UYC Fest which will be our last Southampton show for the foreseeable future.

Recording Diary

March 7th - We managed to do the drums & bass recordings in this session, which took place at Southampton Solent Uni with our friends Ben & Cameron. Recording began a little after scheduled as some traffic got in the way of Josh's travels, meaning we took a bit longer to set up. Despite this we got through each of the songs pretty quickly, a few songs took a a couple takes but on the whole it went smoothly. They sound great too. Jonny recorded the bass due to the vacancy at the time. Some of the last songs took various takes due to tired minds setting in, but apart from that the bass sound in general has really cool feel to it.

March 22nd - For the guitars we recorded at Ben's house with Cameron helping out again. The room smelt of weed which is quite ironic, I feel it added to the atmosphere of the recording. It helped our strings to really express there true feelings. Think we got everything done in like 6 / 7 hours. We used different amps for each of the guitars which  I think worked well in getting a cool mix of the higher punky sound for Jamie's guitar & slightly heavier distorted sound for Jonny's guitar. After we finished up we ordered a Chinese, it was great.

April 3rd - Vocals came out well, Ben's voice changes each record which I think is cool giving a new feel to each release. These recordings I feel are a lot more angry & harsher more punk style than previous work. We went back to Uni with the guys to do this. We got everything done within an evening which was good considering the lyric writing was split so a few of the songs Ben hadn't had time to put to the music until recording.

This is our best work yet. We'll be playing all of the 8 new songs from shows after Sheffield this coming weekend

So as you may of seen Callum has left the band. It's been his choice to leave & we respect his decision. He's been in the band from the beginning & done a lot to help us get to where we are today. We're all still friends, he'll still be active doing things in The UYC & Realm of Torment. As much as this has come at an awkward time we're not letting this hinder getting the new 7" done. Our good friend Milo will be taking Callum's place from our show with Rotting Out in Sheffield. We have hopefully what will be our final practice practice tonight before we begin recording the 7". Jonny is going to be recording the bass due the current circumstances. The inlay design work is nearly finished too. Everything is shaping up nicely.

We're going to be booking our ferry to Europe over the next week which is exciting. We still have merch for sale which is helping us fund touring, if you like the look of a shirt help us out!

We're playing this on Sunday, the last show we play until the 7" is written (we're starting to get together pressing information & bits, we'll post it when we can). Raising money for children in unfortunate circumstances, everyone takes for granted the life they lead, so come along or donate if you're unable to!
